Rosevear has recently been refurbished to a high standard to reflect its beautiful Scillonian features. These include an original granite fireplace; panelled sitting/ dining room; contemporary and antique furniture; and a range of local handmade furnishings.

Accessibility

 

There is small step leading into the property from Hugh Street which leads to an open plan living area through which access can be gained to the kitchen and bathroom.

There is an open staircase leading to the two bedrooms. In addition to the indoor bathroom there is an outside shower room which can be accessed through the courtyard and up some steps. 

​

Due to the layout of the property certain features make it more difficult for some people, for example people with specific disabilities, vulnerable people and children to use the exit routes in the event of a fire.
